Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) is an `internal martial arts` developed in the 16th Century and practised for health, balance, self defence and personal development.
Da Cheng Chuan (I Chuan / Yiquan) is another `internal martial arts` developed by the famous master Wang Xiang Zhai and includes some of the principles of Tai Chi Chuan, Bagua Zhang, Xing Yi and Zhan Zhuang Qigong system.
